This month’s The Art of Seeing is for the missed session in May for subscribers, but all are welcome. As always just one work of art will be our focus, this time contemplating the words from John Keats’ Ode to A Grecian Urn (above) as well as the qualities of Truth, Beauty and Love taken up a group of British artists in the 20th century who were strongly influenced by the French Impressionists movement and the Post-Impressionists.  The image I have chosen for this session is one I came across by chance and recently went to view in a private gallery. I subsequently became enchanted by it. I look forward to sharing this with you and hearing your thoughts and responses to it.
